WE ARE BACK!!!
Finally after being gone for THREE YEARS (can you even believe that because I can't?) the Highland County Maple Festival is BACK ON!! I AM SO EXCITED!! For more information on the festival visit their WEBSITE. I am in my usual spot in the High School Gym.
I have missed seeing so many of you over the last few years! I do hope that you can make it out and enjoy the festival. I have been creating lots of new pieces and acquiring lots of new gorgeous gemstones to work with.
I am happily settled into the Spring House Studio now. It's such and enjoyable space to get to be in every day. I AM SO LUCKY!! Recently we added a small sink so that I do not have to go into the house when I need to rinse and wash things.
ALSO- a wonderful friend of mine gifted me this AMAZING Fisher Anvil and my husband and I had fun finding the perfect stump in the woods. He will tell you that sanding the anvil was not so fun but now I have a nice smooth working surface. Look at how great this looks! It really completes my space. An amazing solid surface for all my hammering and stamping.
AS ALWAYS- I welcome you by appointment to my studio. I will also be planning an open studio at some point.
COMING UP- I plan on mainly being at the IX Art Park Farmers' Market most Saturdays throughout the year. I will be doing my usual fall shows but this market has been so good to me that I have decided to stick with it. It's a lovely market at a really cool location in Charlottesville and I love being there!
